What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via paypal.
We also accept bank deposit, Cash or Eftpos on Pickup.
How soon do I need to pay after checkout?
Payment must be received by us within business 2 days of your order.
How much is shipping?
Your shipping cost is determined at checkout.
Who do you use for shipping?
We use Courier Post for all shipping in New Zealand. They offer an overnight service to most destinations in NZ. Rural addresses may take an extra day or 2.
For Australia we use FedEx or Toll Priority. Target times to Australia is 3-5 business days.
All other international shipments will be sent by NZ Post or FedEx.
When will you ship?
We make every effort to ship your item the same business day if ordered by 2:00 pm NZDT, all others will go out the next business day. We will send an email with the tracking number when your package has shipped.
