At CM Marine, we strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If you are experiencing any issues with any of our products, contact our Warranty and Returns department using the information below.
WarrantyAll products are covered by a 12 Month warranty. (unless otherwise stated)
Returns
If you have ordered the wrong item we are more than happy to exchange it as long as the product is returned within 7 days of purchase and the item is unused and in it's original packaging.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returns that require a refund.
Backorders
If a product is temporarily out of stock it will be placed on backorder and you will be notified, if an item on backorder cannot be sourced within 10 working days we will refund you for that item.
